I heart cupcakes!

I made the cutest nest cupcakes for the kids' class on Easter- oh excuse me- spring celebration. Give me a freakin break! I do not like all this p.c. garbage, but public school.....
Anyways, back to my nestys, I made a ton of these and love love love how they came out!
I even made some for this guys teacher :)

Super easy! Bake cupcakes, frost, place 'eggs' on top ~I used the large ones cuz I love them!~

Then place the toasted coconut on the outer edges. To toast coconut place on a cookie sheet (in a single layer-not lumpy) toast for 15-20 min in a 350 degree oven. Enjoy!!
